This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Legal disputes concerning this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Any claim or action concerning the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be barred.
Adarsh Singhal and Its Associates may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any party without notice.
